~Payment can be made via PayPal ( a personal invoice for your order will be created and sent to your e-mail-a small transaction fee will apply) or by mail using a money order/ cash/check.
~I do keep several glasses ready and in stock for customers who do not need custom orders or need an item on short notice. Call or email with your needs and I will be happy to let you know what I have in stock at the time.
~Custom Orders will be placed on my painting calender once payment has been received. When placing a large order allow plenty of time.
***Please allow at least 2-6 weeks for orders to be completed depending on my paint calender.
***Allow more time for portrait glasses, very detailed designs, larger orders or during the Holiday and wedding season. ***If placing a large wedding order please do this several months before your wedding date to allow plenty of time. Orders may be available in less time depending on my paint calender. Please call/e-mail for details.
~Hand Painted Glasses will be wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a white gift box that includes care information. Any orders that will be shipped will be coming from (St. Louis)Imperial, Mo and packed by me for safe travel and shipped straight to you. Shipping cost vary depending on order size and shipping zip code. Call or e-mail for shipping pricing.
